SCHEMATIC DESIGN & PRICING
We establish wall locations, key design elements, and furniture layouts. The result? A project with killer flow and major design oomph, presented via plans, sketches, and budgetary pricing.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We dig deeper into the details—ceiling heights, millwork transitions, and lighting locations. We present final floor plans and color-rendered perspectives that wow.
FINISH SELECTION
We select finishes that are stunning yet durable. We provide detailed specification instructions for the contractor as part of our standard Documentation package.
FF&E PROCUREMENT & STYLING
We strong-arm all things furniture, lighting, and decor. We source vintage, new, and custom pieces, coordinating all deliveries and final styling to ensure the vision is fully realized.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
We prepare buildable design intent drawings. A beautiful design is only great if it can be realistically executed. We meet with contractors to ensure every dimension and detail is understood.
